• Our design work is so good that we are one of the few firms in town which has been featured on national television on HGTV on the show, Before and After, and not once but twice.
• We confirm the zoning information and water and sewer/septic tank information very early on in the design process so that there will be no surprises with these issues later costing money to the client as change orders.  On commercial and institutional projects we go to the building department with the preliminary plans and meet with the reviewers so that we don’t have any unsolvable issues at the end of the construction documents phase.

• We detail our plans very carefully so that the drawings will be easy to understand and the construction process that much easier.
• Because we use AutoCAD for all our work, we can make changes quickly.
• We make an appointment with the building department official to look at our permit plans, if the plans come back from the reviewers more than once with the same review comment.  We don’t wait, so that the permit process will flow effortlessly and the permit will be easily obtained.
• We use the 10 Point Project Management Check List so that major flaws in the drawings are avoided.  Change orders are avoided by using this Check List.
