For over 20 years, United Architects, an established architecture firm founded in Miami, has served this area.   It's a difficult process to build anything, a house, a building, an addition.  We are experts in helping you navigate the process.  The firm is owned by Maria Luisa Castellanos, R.A., LEED AP.  A graduate of Georgia Tech (Master of Architecture), she brings over 25 years of experience to a project, whether it's a residential or commercial property.

Unlike many Miami architecture firms, we only send completed drawings to the building department.  Then, we follow carefully the entire permitting process.  We go to the building department and meet with each discipline, if necessary.  The result of this effort is that you get your permit quickly and can start construction that much sooner!
