B'NAI B'RITH HOUSING FOR THE ELDERLY

This project in Deerfield Beach for B'nia B'rith was designed by Robert E. Chisholm. FAIA, of R.E. Chisholm Architects, Inc..  United Architects, Inc., was hired to execute the Construction Documents and Construction Administration Phases of the project.  Maria Luisa Castellanos, R.A., LEED AP, was responsible for the project management during these phases and the coordination with the MEP and structural engineers.

B’nai B’rith is a 4-story, 65,200 SF building with 88 apartment units.  One unit for the manager of the building is two-bedroom.  The ground floor has a large day room for the residents as well as a catering kitchen.
