Miami Beach and the surrounding Biscayne Bay is such a beautiful area with such great views that many tourists come and decide to stay. They buy a house or a condominium and they want to make it into their dream vacation home.
Our firm has executed many projects on Miami Beach. They range is size and scope. We have worked on condominium remodelings, taking old and outdated apartments and converted them into truly fashionable and functional spaces.
Such a project is the apartment we are currently working on in the Octagon Tower on Miami Beach. With great views of Government Cut on the south side of Miami Beach and the wide open ocean, it is a spectacular living space.

Scope of Work
In this project the client wanted to take the kitchen from the corner of the apartment. Having a kitchen in a corner of the unit makes entertaining difficult for a host who loves to cook. So in the "After" photo the kitchen is relocated to the center of the apartment where it becomes a central part of any potential activity.
The client also did not want so much closet space. Having two large walk-in closets was too much for him to use, when this was going to be a second home for him. So out of the kitchen and walk-in closets, we were able to get a second bedroom or den.
Again, as a single man, he did not feel he needed two bathrooms, so we converted the second bathroom to a powder room allowing for a better view from the living room.
The client is very happy with the new layout.

Hibiscus Island Remodeling  This $1,000, 000 addition and remodeling to a 1940's house on Miami Beach's Hibiscus Island completely changed the house.

Miami Beach Residence Remodeling featured on HGTV This Miami Beach house was really a tear-down, but the client would not hear of it. Instead, we carefully crafted additions and remodeled the entire interiors and exteriors. The house, working closely with the client, turned out really beautiful.

Fisher-Fienberg Elementary School on Miami Beach This large and complex project to a historic school, Fisher-Fienberg Elementary School, is a jewel on Miami Beach. Included in this project was a new library (media center) addition, a new cafeteria/dining area expansion and remodeling, and new office space for the administration.
