Construction Management Services during Construction

Construction Management Services during Construction

Probably the most difficult part of a construction project is the construction phase.  Sometimes owners decide for economic reasons that they can handle the construction phase on their own without the services of their architect.  This is usually a very poor decision.

Construction project management is difficult.  Whether it is for a commercial building or a residential project, good construction project management is an essential element in whether a project will turn out the way it was planned.  Without a good construction manager/architect doing construction observation, there is no guarantee that the construction documents will be followed.   In addition, the owner often has neither the experience nor the time to follow through and look at the issues which are really important.  If you want more information on project management, look at the “Free Articles” page and your can download some free elementary guidelines on what to do, what not to do, and what to look for during the design and construction process.  There is a great deal of useful information in these articles, especially for the novice who is about to undertake his first construction project.  Of course, if you would like to hire us to act as the Owner’s Representative, please go to the "Contact Us" page and leave us a note, call Maria Luisa Castellanos, R.A., at 305-552-5465 or email at MLC@UnitedArchitectsInc.com
