Legalizations & Plan Processing

Sometimes people knowingly or unknowingly buy a house which has open permits or, even worse, parts of the house which were not permitted at all.  Now the building department establishes a deadline to close out the permits or legalize the illegal additions to the house.  It needs to be done now!
